LUMAEN SASU was founded in April 2025 with a dual purpose: providing professional services and investing in companies aligned with its areas of interest.
During its initial months, LUMAEN carried out several consulting and services engagements. Since the summer of 2025, the company has placed a growing strategic focus on technology development and investment, alongside its original services activity.
LUMAEN is currently focused primarily on its participation in Cogito Markets and on the operational development of the project.

With over 20 years of experience in industry-leading energy companies, Nicolas Métivier has led large international teams and delivered complex, scalable, data-driven platforms, with proven success in market and grid management.
He founded LUMAEN in April 2025 and serves as Director General of Cogito Markets, where he is involved in product and technology strategy, software architecture and data infrastructure.
